“This is untrue. My client is not that type of person,” Bret’s rep said in a statement to Access Hollywood on Tuesday. “He has worked with Miley and Tish on a professional level.” 

Additionally, a rep for Tish denied the report as well.

“Not true. There was no affair,” the rep said.

Earlier in the day, a source claimed to have info, saying the 47-year-old Poison frontman and “Rock of Love” star was romantically involved with Tish, 43, while she was married to Miley’s dad, Billy Ray Cyrus.

“It was a professional relationship that turned into something more,” the source claimed to the mag, adding that Bret “became close to the entire family” while working with Miley on the duet “Nothing to Lose” earlier this year.

The news comes just one week after news of Billy Ray & Tish’s divorce filing, which some claim was a result of Billy Ray finding out about the alleged tryst.

Pamela Anderson, Canadian and mother of two, who is known for her sex tape and for her work with animal rights advocate group PETA, seems excited to use her fame and assets to benefit the less fortunate.

Vikings coach Brad Childress had no comment after Friday’s practice. He said he was not aware of either the NFL’s investigation or the website’s allegations. Bus Cook, the agent for the three-time league MVP, didn’t immediately return messages.

Later Friday, Deadspin reported that Favre also pursued two female massage therapists who worked part-time for the team, according to one of the women. Deadspin did not identify the women, but a Jets spokesman said the team has contact information for the two women and was giving that information to the league.

The Jets spokesman requested anonymity because the NFL investigation is ongoing. The women were two of 17 massage therapists the Jets used during what they called two intensive recovery days in training camp in 2008.

According to Deadspin, one woman exchanged phone numbers with Favre, and the other woman told the website that the quarterback sent “nasty” text messages and invited both women to his hotel room. On Thursday, Deadspin reported that a man alleged to be Favre contacted Sterger on MySpace and began leaving her voicemails.

The website posted a video of the voicemails and several graphic pictures allegedly sent to Sterger’s cell phone. “Send me a text. Love to see you tonight,” one voicemail said. The 26-year-old Sterger, now a TV personality for Versus, has a website that describes her as an actress, model, writer and television host.

Her duties during Jets games included introducing the Jets’ dance team, asking trivia questions and making announcements to the crowd. Sterger’s manager Phil Reese said she is “not doing any interviews or commenting at this time,” but that “Jenn did not provide Deadspin with any information.” In an e-mail to The Associated Press, A.J. Daulerio, Deadspin’s editor in chief, declined to reveal the source of the material.

He did say the source of the photos contacted him and that Deadspin paid “more than we ever have” for them. “I was certain about the accuracy of her story, the evidence was presented substantiating that,” he said, “and then as things began to unfold, it appeared more and more likely that this happened.

Plus, there will be more.” The Jets referred all questions to their public relations firm, Sunshine, Sachs and Associates. “We are working closely with the league in their review of this matter,” said the firm’s spokesman, Jesse Derris. Deadspin also reported that Jets director of media relations Jared Winley may have been an intermediary between Favre and Sterger.

But Derris said Winley “played no role in this alleged incident.” If the NFL finds that Favre violated its personal conduct policy, Favre could be fined or even suspended. The league’s policy allows it to punish a wide range of behavior, even that which is not illegal.

Fernando Flores also accused Spears, 28, of causing him emotional distress by having violent quarrels with her boyfriend in front of her two children, and swearing at him to fetch her beverages.

The singer’s lawyer on Wednesday declined to comment on the lawsuit.

According to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Flores began working for Spears in February 2010. He alleges that the “Circus” singer made repeated, unwanted sexual advances, summoned him to her room to expose her naked body, and “engaged in numerous sex acts” in front of him.

Fishburne: I can’t really talk about it, but I made some money. It’s keeping me in the place I live.

GIVEN THE SUCCESS OF THE FILM, HAS VIVID APPROACHED YOU TO APPEAR IN ADDITIONAL FEATURES?

Fishburne: They offered it to me, and I’m talking with them about it, but I haven’t signed on to anything yet. I don’t know if I want to do it right away, I’m actually getting a lot of mainstream offers. I want to pursue those opportunities and then come back to it.

CAN YOU REVEAL WHAT OFFERS YOU’RE CONSIDERING?

Fishburne: I can’t be specific, but they are acting roles. I’m open to scripted and reality. It just all depends on what the project it is. If something truly interests me, I’ll get super involved and want to make it happen. That’s why I did this movie.

DO YOU THINK RELEASING THIS FILM WILL HAVE A NEGATIVE IMPACT ON YOUR CAREER MOVING FORWARD?

Fishburne: Kim Kardashian’s sex tape was released, but she still got past that. Even though she got all that negative attention for it, she still has all these other ventures going on now. That is what I want to emulate: having a tape come out and still being seen as a positive person. Not just, “She’s a porn star.”

YOUR FATHER CLEARLY IS UPSET BY YOUR ACTIONS. DO YOU THINK YOU TWO WILL EVER RECONCILE?

Fishburne: Until he respects me and accepts me for who I am, I don’t think we will have much of a relationship.

AN ASSOCIATE OF YOUR FATHER’S REPORTEDLY TRIED TO BUY ALL THE VIDEOS IN AN EFFORT TO KEEP YOUR FILM FROM BEING RELEASED. WHAT’S YOUR REACTION TO THAT?

Fishburne: Yes, they were trying to stop it from being released, but the videos had already been shipped out. I understand that they were just trying to look out for my father, but I was happy it wasn’t done.

DID YOU HAVE A TRADITIONAL UPBRINGING DESPITE BEING THE DAUGHTER OF A CELEBRITY?

Fishburne: It was traditionally unconventional. I’ve had divorced parents since I was 2, and my dad was a really famous actor, so it was as conventional as it could be. We had the best of the best: private schools, traveling all over the world. I’ve had a happy life.

The lawsuit, filed Thursday, alleges that the Rev. Luis A. Bonilla Margarito carried on a sexual relationship with the teen while he was the chaplain of Reading Central Catholic High School and she was a senior there.

The girl’s parents became suspicious and installed a camera in their basement, where Bonilla and the teen were spending large amounts of time. The camera recorded the couple having sex in Nov. 2009, after she had graduated, according to the suit.

Bonilla and the teen are now evidently living with each other.

On Friday, an Associated Press reporter knocked on the door of the apartment where Bonilla now lives. A woman answered, and she identified herself as the teen named in the lawsuit filed by her parents. She declined to comment, and would not get Bonilla to come to the door.

But David Weldon, a maintenance man at the apartment complex, said the couple moved in together two or three months ago, and that she had the baby about six weeks ago.

Bonilla was removed from his dual posts as chaplain and pastor of St. Joseph Church in Reading after her parents took the sex tape to the Diocese of Allentown. He acknowledged at the time an “inappropriate relationship” with the teen, according to a diocesan news release from last November.

Bonilla was sent to a treatment facility, but “continued to have intimate contact with (the teen) during this time period and ultimately impregnated her,” the suit said. She gave birth to a girl.

Bonilla, 41, left the treatment facility at some point and moved into the two-story complex of brick garden apartments in Philadelphia suburb.

“He has no assignment and he has not functioned as a priest since November,” diocesan spokesman Matt Kerr said Friday.

The Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests, a support group for victims of clergy abuse, released a statement Friday calling on the Allentown diocese to find out whether Bonilla had an inappropriate relationship with anyone else.

“History, research and experience has taught us that predators rarely have only one victim. We fear others who have been hurt are trapped in silence and self blame,” said Barbara Dorris, SNAP’s outreach director.

Bonilla was named the chaplain of Central Catholic in 2008 and befriended the teen, then 17, at the beginning of her senior year. Bonilla “began to groom (the teen) for a sexual relationship,” the suit said, knowing that she suffered from mental health issues, was previously sexually abused by an adult man, and was “susceptible to being manipulated.”

Her parents began to suspect a relationship and reported their concerns to administrators at Central Catholic, “but were told their suspicions were unfounded and that nothing could be done to separate (the teen) and Father Bonilla because he was her spiritual advisor and/or counsellor,” according to the suit.

Bonilla also took steps to alienate the teen from her parents, telling her that she was 18 and no longer had to obey them, the suit said.

The suit charged that diocesan officials knew about the relationship but were “so concerned about their own reputation and/or financial interests, that they failed to protect (the teen) from Father Bonilla.”

The parents say they are alienated from their daughter as a result of her relationship with Bonilla, and are seeking punitive damages for breach of fiduciary duty, infliction of emotional distress and gross negligence. The suit names as defendants Bonilla, the diocese, the high school, Allentown Bishop John Barres, and former Bishop Edward Cullen.

Kerr said the diocese had not been served with the suit, and declined comment.

The sex video shows a totally naked Peter Cook and his teen office worker Bianchi having sexual intercourse on a love seat.

“She is devastated to learn about these surreptitiously recorded sex tapes,” said Bianchis lawyer, Rosemarie Arnold. “She had no idea she was ever being recorded,” she added.

The steamy sex tape was shot at Cook’s Southampton architectural office without Bianchi’s knowledge. It also shows her performing a sizzling striptease.

“I have no comment on this crap. I don”t know what she’s doing or why she’s doing it,” said Cook.

In the latest issue of Us Weekly, Lindsay Lohan talks about her heartbreaking splitup with Samantha Ronson (see her sex tape at Pamporn.Com) and the “humiliating” dispute with Ronson’s family.
