A rep for Bret Michaels has denied a report claiming the rocker had an affair with Miley Cyrus‘ mom, Tish.
“This is untrue. My client is not that type of person,” Bret’s rep said in a statement to Access Hollywood on Tuesday. “He has worked with Miley and Tish on a professional level.”
Additionally, a rep for Tish denied the report as well.
“Not true. There was no affair,” the rep said.
Earlier in the day, a source claimed to have info, saying the 47-year-old Poison frontman and “Rock of Love” star was romantically involved with Tish, 43, while she was married to Miley’s dad, Billy Ray Cyrus.
“It was a professional relationship that turned into something more,” the source claimed to the mag, adding that Bret “became close to the entire family” while working with Miley on the duet “Nothing to Lose” earlier this year.
The news comes just one week after news of Billy Ray & Tish’s divorce filing, which some claim was a result of Billy Ray finding out about the alleged tryst.

Playboy head honcho Hugh Hefner Tweeted about Pam’s shoot on Wednesday.
“Pamela Anderson is in the Mansion swimming pool, posing for the January cover in a tribute to ‘La Dolce Vita,’” he wrote, in reference to the classic 1960 Fellini film, in which actress Anita Ekbeg splashes about in Rome’s Trevi fountain in a sexy black gown.
Britney Spears accused of sexual harassment by former bodyguard

A former bodyguard for Britney Spears filed a sexual harassment lawsuit on Wednesday accusing the pop star of repeatedly parading herself around in the nude and having sex in front of him.
Fernando Flores also accused Spears, 28, of causing him emotional distress by having violent quarrels with her boyfriend in front of her two children, and swearing at him to fetch her beverages.
The singer’s lawyer on Wednesday declined to comment on the lawsuit.
According to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Flores began working for Spears in February 2010. He alleges that the “Circus” singer made repeated, unwanted sexual advances, summoned him to her room to expose her naked body, and “engaged in numerous sex acts” in front of him.
In one alleged incident, Spears was wearing a white lace see-through dress when she intentionally dropped an object on the floor close to Flores and bent over to pick it up.
Flores also accuses his security firm employers of ignoring or mocking his complaints over the alleged actions by Spears. He is seeking unspecified damages for sexual harassment and emotional distress.

Lindsay Lohan heartbroken over breakup with Samantha Ronson
In the latest issue of Us Weekly, Lindsay Lohan talks about her heartbreaking splitup with Samantha Ronson (see her sex tape at Pamporn.Com) and the “humiliating” dispute with Ronson’s family.
She says that her friends fears she is suicidal but sais its unfounded.
“It’s absolute hell,” Lohan said, still agitated, crying and baffled by the turn of events.
Ronson ended the relationship with her lesbo girlfriend of nearly two years, and hired five security guards to keep Lohan out of an afterparty for her sister Charlotte at the Chateau Marmont.
The next day, Ronson changed the locks on the Hollywood Hills home she shared with Lohan and her mom and sister asked police about obtaining a restraining order against Lohan.
Lohan says she’s “so alone” without Ronson.
“Everyone’s turned on me,” says the actress. She tells the magazine that the night of the Chateau showdown, Nicole Richie walked by her and said “Uck,” and Drea De Matteo said, “Come at me, bitch.”
Sources tell the magazine Ronson had repeatedly tried to break up with Lohan over the past month, but each time, “Lindsay threatens to kill herself. She cares about her but wants out.”
Lohan laughs upon hearing that, saying she’s okay.
“I’m just really hurt!” she says. “The whole situation is sick.”
Tom Cruise not dead

Tom Cruise is alive and well. His agent denied internet reports that the actor had fallen to his death in New Zealand. ”This is completely not true. Tom is not in New Zealand nor has he been there recently. This is erroneous and unreliable Internet garbage,” said Cruise publicist Jeff Raymond to Reuters.
Claims that Cruise had plunged to death from the Kauri Cliffs circulated on the Internet and were even picked up by traders on the Singapore oil and foreign exchange markets.
A similar erroneous report two years ago claimed that actor Tom Hanks had died after falling from the same cliffs.
Cruise was seen this week in New York with his wife, actress Katie Holmes and their daughter Suri.
